Update Released

Some changes in the recent MyChart app:

A new feature called "Care Team" has been added. This allows users to easily add and manage their care team members within the app.
The "Messages" feature has been updated to include a new message center. This allows users to easily view and manage all of their messages in one place.
The "Profile" feature has been updated to include a new "Edit Profile" option. This allows users to easily edit their profile information within the app.
The "Settings" feature has been updated to include a new "Notifications" option. This allows users to easily manage their app notifications.
